This website ("Website") which is owned by Edenred (UK Group) Limited ("Edenred") is offered to you under license from your employer or the organisation of which you are an affiliate or member ("The Customer") and on condition of your acceptance without modification of the "Terms and Conditions" set out herein. Additional terms which vary or supplement these Terms and Conditions may apply to your use of some services "Additional Terms". If so these Additional Terms will be set out at point of use. If there are any inconsistencies between these Terms and Conditions and any Additional Terms then the provisions of the Additional Terms shall prevail. These Terms and Conditions, Additional Terms, and Data Protection & Privacy Policy, as published from time to time by Edenred are collectively referred to as the "Terms".

The Website is for your personal use only. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, reverse engineer, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from the Website. You shall not provide or disclose to or share with any third parties any password you use to access the Website, nor shall you access any materials of another by logging into the Website using a third party's password. Edenred and its employees will never ask you for your password.

The Website may contain links to other websites, web pages or services owned and operated by Edenred group companies or its agents or servants. Your use of such Edenred Group website(s) is subject to the terms shown thereon. In the event that any of these Terms conflict with the terms of use or other terms and guidelines contained within any particular Edenred Group website(s), shall prevail.

The Website may contain links to third party websites, web pages or services which are owned and operated by parties other than Edenred or the Edenred group. Edenred does not control these websites. If you decide to access third party websites you should read their own Terms before providing any information to them. We do not accept any responsibility or liability for any third party websites and your access and use of such websites or services is at your own risk.

You may use the Website to request goods or services provided by Edenred, or provided by third parties as promoted on the Website either by accessing the supplier's ordering page (using the links provided) or by telephoning any advertised call centre. In any event, we will act as a disclosed agent for the supplier in respect of the transaction. As a result, any contract which is made for the purchase of goods or services will be between you and their relevant supplier. Neither Edenred nor the Customer shall have any liability under or in respect of any contract made by you in relation to the goods or services requested or supplied.

You will keep confidential any password or discount code given to you in connection with this service. You will discontinue use of the service if, to the best of your knowledge, you are no longer eligible to use the service.

You shall not use the Website for any purpose that is prohibited by these Terms. You warrant that your use of the Website shall be for lawful purposes only and you shall indemnify Edenred against all claims, losses, liabilities, costs, damages and expenses incurred by Edenred due to any breach by you of these Terms.

Whilst Edenred attempts to ensure that the information available on its Website is accurate, Edenred cannot guarantee that it will always be fault free. Edenred will correct errors and omissions as quickly as practicable. Edenred does not accept liability for any such errors and omissions, except that where you have relied on such errors or omissions when requesting goods or services provided by Edenred in which case Edenred will allow you to cancel your request and obtain a refund of any monies paid in relation that that request.

Edenred does not warrant that the Website will operate without errors or that it and its servers are free of computer viruses. Edenred will not be liable for any data lost or corrupted or any equipment or software damaged by you as a result of you using the EB Website.

Edenred has the right without liability to change descriptions and specifications, including discounts or prices at any time before your order is confirmed. If any problems arise from the supply of goods or services by a supplier, you must first raise the issue with the supplier and not with Edenred. Whilst Edenred will endeavour to ensure that such problems are resolved, Edenred is not responsible for any aspect of the relationship between you and the supplier. Edenred acts only as the agent for the suppliers and accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any costs, loss, injury, damage, delay, claim, or other matter arising out of or in connection with any order you place with them, except where Edenred has been found to be negligent. Edenred and/or its respective suppliers make no representations about the suitability, reliability, timeliness and accuracy of the information, software, products, services and related graphics contained on the EB Website for any purpose.

All content, information and services on the EB Website are provided on an "as is" basis without any warranties of any kind by Edenred. Edenred disclaims all express or implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law and Edenred shall not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any damages whatsoever including incidental, indirect and/or consequential damages, loss of profits and loss of business resulting from the use or inability to access or to use the Website.

For the avoidance of doubt, Edenred accepts liability for death or personal injury to the extent only that it arises as a result of the negligence of Edenred, its affiliates, directors, employees or other representatives.

The information contained in the material in this Website is for information purposes only. Edenred, by permitting the use of this Website, does not hold itself out as providing any legal, financial or other advice. It also does not make any recommendation or endorsement as to any investment, advisor or other service or product or to any material submitted by third parties or linked to this website. All disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Edenred website will be governed by English law. Edenred and you agree to submit the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Edenred (UK Group) Limited & Childcare Vouchers Ltd, (together "Edenred/we/us/our") are committed to protecting your privacy. The policies and procedures we have in place are to protect the integrity and confidentiality of personal information, to comply with the Data Protection Act 1998 and other UK and EU regulations. Why does Edenred UK need to collect and store personal data?

Edenred UK collects and stores personal data for the following purposes: staff administration; advertising; marketing & public relations; accounts & records, and; consultancy and advisory services. We are committed to ensuring that the information we collect and use is appropriate for its proposed purpose, and does not constitute an invasion of your privacy.

Collection & use

When providing our services, we may obtain personal data when -

  1. your employer (or other organisation with which you are formally affiliated) passes personal data to us for the provision of services they have purchased on your behalf or,
  2. you provide your personal data online to Edenred, or
  3. you provide your personal data in relation to a prize promotion or via feedback.

Edenred UK will use the information you provide in a manner that is compatible with the Data Protection Act. We will endeavour to keep your information accurate and up to date and not retain it for longer than is necessary. In some instances the law sets the maximum length of time personal data may be retained.

After the retention period has elapsed, data is securely destroyed. All security controls are periodically reviewed by Edenred UK in line with legal and technical developments. Our aim is not to be intrusive, and we undertake not to ask irrelevant or unnecessary questions. Rights of access to data

Under the Data Protection Act 1998 you have the right to request a copy of personal data which we hold about you and to have any inaccuracies corrected. Subject Access Requests must be made in writing, using the application form accessible from this web page. We charge £10 per SAR and require two forms of personal identification to be provided with each request. Full details are contained within the SAR application form.
